What is included with residential holiday lighting?+
Custom design, professional installation, timers or controls, guaranteed in-season service, takedown, labeling and storage are included in the full-service experience.
Do I purchase or lease the holiday lights?+
Merry’s will present the appropriate program and pricing with your custom proposal so ownership and recurring service are clear before you approve the project.
When should I reserve installation?+
Planning early provides the best choice of installation windows. Displays can be installed early and activated on the date you prefer.
What happens if my holiday lights need service?+
Every Merry’s seasonal holiday display is backed by our Complimentary Same or Next Day Service Guarantee. If something needs attention during the season, service is included at no additional charge.
Will installation damage my roof?+
We use appropriate, secure attachment methods and do not nail or staple lighting into the roofline.
When are the lights removed?+
Holiday lighting is removed in January according to the communicated takedown schedule.
Can we add to the display next year?+
Yes. Because the display is mapped and organized, rooflines, trees, wreaths and other elements can be added intentionally in future seasons.
